Just Breathe

Today's Affirmation, "Breathe"

Ok, so that's a pretty picture and that's a nice thought, but I'm NOT on vacation at a beautiful waterfall, I'm stuck in a 2 hour traffic jam, or the toddler is screaming in the middle of the produce department!

EXACTLY! Life is 90% not vacation... so it's up to us to learn how to bring peace and tranquility into our day-to-day lives.

One of the easiest way to chill out in the face of chaos is to breathe... Take long, slow, deep breaths until you find your calm again. Then process to handle that stressful situation. ~Susan
